Yankee Candle has prepared the following information to make ordering and support expectations clear.

USD checkout

Orders are priced and settled in US dollars. The secure checkout displays the payment methods that are actually available for your order. Product charges, discounts, applicable taxes, and shipping are confirmed on the final checkout screen.

Authorization and card security

Your selected payment provider authorizes and processes payment through secure systems. We do not view or store complete payment-card numbers. An order can be held or cancelled when authorization fails or a legitimate fraud review is required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days after return approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
